Arturo was born and raised in Stockton, CA and received two bachelor's degrees in History and Psychology at ¸£Àû¼§ of California. While at Dominican, Arturo was heavily involved on campus as a peer mentor, basketball recreational sports supervisor and student ambassador all 4 years. Arturo is deeply committed to empowering and guiding students as they pursue higher education, offering unwavering support fostering their professional growth and personal development.
